- Blockchain Architecture (Months 1-4): Selected Hyperledger Fabric, designed network with separate channels for VN→JP and TH→JP routes.
- Platform Development (Months 4-10): Built Vue.js portal (Japanese, Vietnamese, English), mobile QR scanning, document hash verification.
- Integration & Pilot (Months 10-14): Integrated with SAP ERP, Vietnam Customs (VNACCS), Thailand Customs (NSW). Piloted with 50 suppliers.
- Rollout & Optimization (Months 14-16): Expanded to 200+ suppliers, trained 300+ users in native languages.
